14× blended ROAS
How we improved Meta and Google performance by close to 100% year on year, driving over £2m in a single quarter.
The brief
Chinti & Parker are a luxury cashmere and knitwear brand with a genuinely strong name and exceptional return on their brand search campaigns.
We were engaged in October, which gave us one quarter to get the account in shape before Black Friday and Christmas, the two periods that decide the year.
The challenge
The brand was already efficient, but it could not scale. Increasing spend did not translate into proportional revenue growth, which is the classic sign of an account structured to harvest demand rather than create it.
On Google, every product sat in a single Performance Max campaign with no commercially driven CPA targets, so budget went wherever the algorithm liked rather than where the margin was. On Meta, the account leaned on high-production video that looked beautiful and did not acquire customers.
What we did
Every ad was briefed off one persona and one position. Here is what that meant in practice.
Segmented Google by product and margin
Product categories were split into individual asset groups, with higher-margin products grouped together so budget could be steered toward what actually made money.
Ring-fenced the core products
Core lines moved into separate Smart Shopping campaigns for tighter budget and CPA control, and sale and non-sale products were split into separate feeds so discounting never cannibalised full-price demand.
Replaced high production with premium UGC
On Meta we shifted from glossy video to premium-feeling UGC: content that still looks like the brand, but demonstrates the product rather than admiring it.
Partnered with creators by niche
Creators were matched to specific audience niches, with creatives built around product-specific use cases rather than one broad brand message.
