Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms govern your use of atomicclock.uk (the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only; work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Who we are
Atomic Clock is a trading name of ZYX Analytics Limited, company number 09410651, registered at 80 Pendle Road, London, SW16 6RY. You can contact us at info@atomicclock.uk.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and use the contact form for their intended purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited or unlawful material.
3. Content and results
Case studies, figures and testimonials on the site describe results achieved for specific clients in specific circumstances. They are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee of the results any other business will achieve. Pricing shown on the site is indicative; the fees that apply to any engagement are those set out in the written agreement for that engagement.
4. Intellectual property
The site and its content (text, design, graphics, video and code) belong to ZYX Analytics Limited or its licensors. Client names, logos and creative shown in case studies belong to the clients concerned and are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse site content without our written permission, beyond what's needed to view the site.
5. Third-party links and tools
The site may link to third-party websites and uses third-party services (for example our CRM, analytics and advertising platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. See our privacy policy for how data is handled.
6. Liability
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
