Privacy policy

Last updated 11 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We are the "controller" of that data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Atomic Clock is a performance marketing agency operating through ZYX Analytics Limited, company number 09410651, registered at 80 Pendle Road, London, SW16 6RY. For anything to do with your data, email info@atomicclock.uk.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or email us we collect your name, email address, phone number, brand/company name, website, and the details you choose to share about your business (annual revenue band, monthly ad spend band, team size, current ad output, and anything you type in the notes field).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites we collect technical data through cookies and similar tools: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, how you arrived at the site and how you move through it. See section 7 on cookies.

3. How we use your data — including for marketing

We are open about this: data you submit through this site is used for marketing purposes. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and assess whether we're a fit to work together.
  • Contact you about our services, by email or phone, including follow-ups after your enquiry, case studies, guides, offers and news about Atomic Clock. We may do this for as long as you remain a prospect or client, unless you ask us to stop.
  • Build audiences for our own advertising. This can include uploading hashed contact details to platforms such as Meta and Google so we can show you relevant ads, or exclude you from them.
  • Understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • Keep records we need for running the business and meeting legal obligations.

Lawful bases. Responding to your enquiry and taking steps towards a contract: contract / pre-contract. Marketing to business contacts who have enquired, and analytics: legitimate interests (running and growing our agency, and telling businesses about services relevant to them). Where the law requires consent — for example some cookies — we rely on consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Opting out. You can stop marketing at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or emailing info@atomicclock.uk. We'll action it promptly.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:

  • HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our CRM, website hosting and email/SMS platform. Form submissions are stored here.
  • Meta and Google — for advertising and analytics, including custom/matched audiences as described above.
  • Cloudflare — security and performance for the website.
  • Email, accounting, and productivity tools we use to run the business.

We may also share data where the law requires it, or with professional advisers.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers store data outside the UK, mainly in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the UK's adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK addendum.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry and marketing data: while you remain a prospect or client, and up to 3 years after our last meaningful contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client contract and financial records: 6 years after the relationship ends, to meet legal and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the tool concerned.

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for: essential operation of the site; analytics (understanding traffic); and advertising (Meta Pixel, Google tags) so we can measure our ads and show relevant ones. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where a cookie banner is shown, through that banner. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: access the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it (including objecting to marketing at any time); and provide it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it. Email info@atomicclock.uk and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to resolve it first.

9. Security

We use reputable providers, access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps and will notify you and the ICO where the law requires if a breach affects you.

10. Children

This site and our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
